Do you have problem to log-in?

When you log in using your member id and password you should be transferred to a page that shows your name. If this does not happen, you must first delete temporary Internet files from your computer and make sure that your computer accept cookies; Then you can try to log in again.

Numbers or letters? The most common problem is typing the letter O instead of the number 0 in the last 3 digits of the member-id. Note that that the last three characters are numbers.

Don't have password!

If at the time of registration you don't type a password, your password will be blank. In other words you will be able to log-in without password. If we notice such problem, we will set your zip code to be your password. 

Forgot password!

If you forgot your password, click on the forgot password on the log-in page or click here. Your member-id and password will be emailed to the email address that we have on file
